| Ladle Cover |
 Ladle Cover These are water cooled ladle top covers used for covering top of the ladle during melting/storage/refining process. The pipes used for fabrication are generally 2"/ 2 1/2"/ 3" NB Sch. 80 or above. The pipe ends are made by specially made pipe caps (180o) to circulate water through the complete cover for the recovery of heat and cool exhaust fumes to separate dust from flue gases for cleaner emission from chimney. Welding of end caps with pipes is very critical as each joint should be leakage free. We perform hydro-testing of the assembly to check all the welding joints for leakages.  |
